Return & Replacement Policy

At online-weighing.in , we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you receive the correct products in perfect working condition.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Returns/replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged in transit. Unboxing video required
  • The product received is defective or not working on first use.
  • The product received is different from the item ordered.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

  • Consumables, batteries, or accessories (unless found defective on arrival).
  • Products that have been used, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, electrical issues, or negligence.
  • Custom-calibrated items or products made to order.

3. Timeline

Any issues must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of the product. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement. Once a return/replacement request is accepted, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 days.

4. Process

  1. Notify us by emailing giritronics@rediffmail.com within 2 days.
  2. Provide order details, invoice, and clear pictures/videos of the issue.
  3. After verification, we will confirm the return/replacement process.
  4. The product must be sent back in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and certificates.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the wrong item is delivered (different from what was ordered), the Company will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases (damage in transit, defective product, customer return, etc.), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

6. Resolution

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Upon approval of a return request, the Company will send a replacement unit — either of the same model ordered or a functionally equivalent item.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Returns are eligible only for replacement, not for monetary refunds.

7. Warranty Support

  • All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
  • Any issues arising after the 2-day return window must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center, as per their warranty terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising in connection with returns, replacements, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
