Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Giritronics, our primary focus is achieving complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact our support team for assistance.

However, please note:

  • Goods once sold cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are not generally issued, except for select cases where genuine reasons are established and confirmed after investigation.
  • Products without fine print are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be requested by email at giritronics@rediffmail.com or via phone (details on our Contact Us page).
  • Cancellations must be requested within 2 business days of placing the order.
  • Cancellations are not possible for products that have already been shipped.

Refund Policy

Strictly no refunds under any other conditions.
Refunds are issued only for valid cancellations as per the Cancellation Policy.
A 5% transaction charge will be deducted from all refund amounts.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days:
For credit card payments, refunds will be credited back to the same card.
For payments made via payment gateway, refunds will be credited back to the same account.
