Warranty

At Giritronics (online-weighing.in), we ensure that all our products are tested and verified before dispatch. Each product may come with a warranty, the duration of which will be specifically mentioned on the respective product page.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues arising under normal usage conditions during the warranty period.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of invoice.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused due to mishandling, improper use, physical damage, or accidents.
  • Normal wear and tear of parts.
  • Consumables and accessories unless otherwise specified.Battery Printers or Printer components is Not Covered under warranty.
  • Damage due to unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration.
  • Issues arising from electrical surges, water damage, or other external causes.

3. Claim Process

  • Warranty claims must be raised by contacting our support team with invoice details, product serial number, and proof of issue (photos/videos).
  • The defective product must be sent to us for inspection.
  • After verification, we will repair the product at our discretion.No Replacement of products will be done.

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our service location as well as the return shipping cost after repair.
  • Giritronics will not bear any shipping/transportation costs under warranty claims.
